We Begin Every Potential Relationship with a Discussion about the Discovery Worksheet.
We start all our projects with a Discovery Session call so that we get everyone on the same page as far as the Scope of Work and deliverables needed. Beforehand, we have clients fill out the Discovery Worksheet template to answer some questions that will help guide the scoping and estimating process. I’ve found that clients prefer to have access to a simple Word doc file so that everyone on their team can access it easily and track changes.
