Equivoice provides cloud infrastructure, managed services, networking, and communications solutions for enterprise clients. The company needed a presentation that could clearly communicate a complex portfolio of cloud services, architecture capabilities, technology partnerships, and deployment models.

The Challenge

Cloud computing, network infrastructure, virtualization, managed services, and hybrid cloud environments can be difficult for business stakeholders to understand. The challenge wasn't defining the technology strategy—it was translating technical architecture and service offerings into a presentation that sales teams could confidently use and prospective clients could quickly understand.

My Role

Working within the established messaging and solution framework, I designed a sales presentation that organized cloud services, infrastructure capabilities, partner relationships, and solution architecture into a clear visual narrative.

My work focused on:

  • Structuring technical information into a logical presentation flow

  • Designing architecture diagrams and service relationship graphics

  • Simplifying cloud, networking, and infrastructure concepts

  • Creating visual consistency across technical content

  • Supporting sales conversations through information design and storytelling

Impact

The resulting presentation helped communicate Equivoice's cloud and managed services capabilities more clearly by transforming complex technical concepts into accessible visual communications.

This project demonstrates my ability to organize highly technical information and create presentation systems that support business development, technology sales, and customer education.
