Creating a Digital Wellness Experience Through Guided Learning
Experience Strategy · Concept Development · UX/UI Design
Me Tyme is a video-on-demand self-help and wellness platform designed to help users manage emotional stressors and track personal and professional growth. The platform takes a fresh, gamified approach to mental wellness, blending educational content with entertainment elements to create an engaging, stigma-free self-improvement experience.
My Role
I partnered with agency and development teams to lead experience strategy, concept development, and UX/UI design — helping shape onboarding, user flows, interface systems, and the overall product experience.
My role focused on translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging experiences through content strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
Key goals included ensuring the platform was:
Intuitive and easy to navigate
Visually engaging, drawing inspiration from streaming and gaming experiences
Designed to encourage long-term participation through interactive progress tracking
Experience Vision & Concept Development
Before defining workflows and interfaces, the work focused on understanding how the platform should support people emotionally — not just functionally.
The challenge wasn’t simply designing a behavioral health product. It was creating an experience that felt approachable, supportive, and easy to engage with while balancing usability, communication, and long-term participation.
Concept development focused on:
Defining how the experience should feel at key moments of engagement
Reducing friction and creating clearer pathways through complex interactions
Exploring ways to support participation, communication, and accountability
Establishing a scalable framework for future growth and feature expansion
Aligning user needs, business goals, and product behavior into one cohesive experience
This concept-first approach informed onboarding, information architecture, interaction design, and the final UX/UI direction — helping shape an experience designed to feel intuitive, supportive, and sustainable over time.
Key UX/UI Contributions

Habit-Forming Engagement Features
Designed streak tracking, daily rewards, and achievement badges to reinforce engagement.
Implemented an avatar-based experience, where users visualize progress and receive personalized encouragement.
