Experience Strategy & Product Design for a Partner Relationship Management Platform
Product Strategy · Concept Development · User Flows · Information Architecture · UX/UI Design · Design Systems
Torchlite is a Salesforce-connected SaaS Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform designed to help vendors and channel partners collaborate more efficiently through partner directories, automated payments, deal registration, referral tracking, onboarding workflows, and marketplace-driven engagement tools. The platform supported co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement initiatives while helping organizations manage complex partner ecosystems through a centralized, scalable experience.
I worked directly with Torchlite leadership to help shape the experience strategy, concept development, workflows, interface systems, and product vision across multiple connected experiences — including the Partner Engagement Platform, freelance marketplace, Salesforce-connected workflows, and supporting marketing website experiences.
The work focused on translating complex partner and CRM-integrated workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences that supported onboarding, partner collaboration, resource-sharing, pipeline visibility, and long-term platform growth.
UX/UI workflows, mockups, and interface concepts were also used during onboarding discussions, product demos, and enterprise sales conversations with companies including Terminus, Sendoso, and Salesloft as the platform evolved from early-stage concepting into a growing SaaS product ecosystem.
Experience Strategy & Product Concept
Before defining screens and workflows, the work focused on understanding how the platform should behave, scale, and support users over time.
The goal wasn’t simply to redesign interfaces — it was to create a clearer product experience that aligned business goals with real user needs while establishing a flexible foundation for future growth.
Early concept exploration included:
Defining the product experience and success criteria
Evaluating user priorities and behavioral patterns
Establishing information hierarchy and content relationships
Exploring interaction models and workflow opportunities
Building a scalable system that could evolve alongside the platform
This strategic groundwork informed the UX approach, interface decisions, and final experience direction throughout the project.
Key UX Contributions
User Flow & Journey Mapping
Mapped end-to-end partner engagement workflows, creating seamless navigation and user interactions between vendors, partners, administrators, and the marketplace ecosystem.
Defined user journeys for deal registration, partner directory discovery, referral tracking, onboarding, and Salesforce-connected CRM workflows to improve partner collaboration and co-selling visibility.
Developed onboarding and activation flows for vendors, partners, and freelancers, helping simplify engagement and reduce friction across multiple product surfaces.
Sitemap & Information Architecture
Designed a scalable information architecture aligned to vendor, partner, freelancer, and admin needs — improving discoverability of key platform features including co-selling, partner resources, payments, lead tracking, and referral management.
Structured platform navigation and modular content systems to support product expansion as the SaaS ecosystem evolved across marketplace, PRM, onboarding, and CRM-connected experiences.
Wireframes & UX/UI Design
Created wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that streamlined the platform’s core functionality while supporting scalable growth across connected product experiences, including:
Partner Directory — Enabling vendors to manage, discover, and showcase channel partners and services.
Referral & Deal Registration — Providing partners with automated deal tracking, lead submission, and referral management workflows.
Automated Payments — Simplifying commission tracking, payout visibility, and partner compensation experiences.
Pipeline Visibility — Surfacing real-time Salesforce and CRM-connected data to improve sales, marketing, and partnership alignment.
Marketplace & Freelancer Profiles — Supporting app discovery, freelancer visibility, partner resources, service listings, onboarding workflows, and engagement tracking within a scalable marketplace ecosystem.
Developed responsive UX/UI systems and reusable interface components, ensuring consistency and usability across desktop and mobile experiences.
Product Design for Marketplace Growth
Designed a scalable UX/UI framework supporting early-stage SaaS customer acquisition, allowing organizations to begin with lightweight/free modules and expand platform usage as partnership programs matured.
Created referral-driven engagement workflows that enabled partners to invite vendors, expand marketplace participation, and support organic ecosystem growth.
Integrated Crossbeam-powered co-selling workflows and Salesforce-connected partner engagement experiences, enabling vendors to identify mutual prospects, improve pipeline collaboration, and strengthen partner visibility.
Designed UX/UI workflows, mockups, and product concepts used in onboarding discussions, product demos, and enterprise sales conversations with organizations including Terminus, Sendoso, and Salesloft.
