Tuscany Markets / NewCo

Business Strategy · Brand Strategy · Investor Communications · Presentation Design · Information Design

Tuscany Markets was a proposed direct-to-consumer food commerce venture designed to capitalize on the growing shift toward online grocery shopping, food content, and digital retail experiences. The project explored how traditional food brands could evolve into consumer-facing digital businesses through e-commerce, media, partnerships, and technology.

The Challenge

The challenge wasn't simply presenting a business idea. It was bringing together market research, consumer behavior data, competitive analysis, brand strategy, technology planning, and financial projections into a single narrative that investors and stakeholders could quickly understand.

The presentation needed to explain not only what the business was, but why the market opportunity existed, how the brand would differentiate itself, and how the venture could scale over time.

My Role

I helped translate a complex business opportunity into a cohesive presentation that combined strategy, storytelling, data visualization, and brand development.

The work included:

  • Organizing market research and industry analysis

  • Designing data visualizations and business model graphics

  • Developing presentation frameworks for investors and stakeholders

  • Supporting brand positioning, personality traits, and communication strategy

  • Creating visual systems that connected market opportunity, customer experience, and revenue strategy into a unified story

Impact

The resulting presentation transformed a complex business concept into a clear strategic narrative, helping stakeholders understand the market opportunity, brand vision, growth strategy, and long-term business potential.

This project demonstrates my ability to combine information design, business storytelling, brand strategy, and presentation design to communicate complex ideas in a compelling and actionable way.
