Full UX Audit — Purchase a Scoping Call to Get Started

$200.00

$200 scoping call · 50% deposit invoiced before work begins · 50% balance invoiced upon delivery · Full UX Audits starting at $6,000

The Full UX Audit is a comprehensive, high-touch engagement — and because every large site is different, it starts with a dedicated scoping call before any work begins or money is committed beyond the initial $200.

This is not the same as the UX Audit Discovery Call. The Discovery Call is a short consultation to help you decide between the Entry, Mid-Level, and Full audit tiers. This scoping call is specifically for organizations who have already decided they need the Full audit and are ready to move forward — it's where we dig into your site's complexity, confirm the scope, and align on priorities before the deposit is invoiced.

_______

Phase 1 — The Scoping Call

This is where we start. Nothing beyond the $200 scoping call fee is committed until scope is confirmed and you're ready to move forward.

How It Works

  • Purchase this listing to book your Full Audit Scoping Call — $200

  • I'll reach out within 1 business day to schedule our call

  • On the call we'll review your site in detail, confirm that the Full audit is the right fit, and align on scope, page types, and user flows

  • After the call I'll send a FreshBooks invoice for the 50% deposit

  • The $200 scoping call fee is credited toward your total

What If the Scope Exceeds the Starting Fee?

The Full audit starts at $6,000 and is scoped during our call based on your site's complexity. If your site requires more than the baseline scope, I'll let you know before the deposit is invoiced. You'll have the option to proceed within the baseline scope or receive a custom quote. Either way there is no pressure and no surprise invoices after work has started.

Scoping Call Fee Policy

The $200 scoping call fee is non-refundable. If after our call we determine the Full audit is not the right fit, the fee is not refunded — but you'll walk away with a clear recommendation for next steps. If you move forward with the Full audit, the $200 is credited toward your total.

Phase 2 — The Audit Engagement

The following applies once your scoping call is complete, scope and investment are confirmed, and your deposit has been received.

What Is Reviewed

The Full audit scope is confirmed during the scoping call and may vary based on your site's complexity. At minimum the audit covers:

  • Homepage

  • Primary navigation

  • Up to 6 core page types — including landing pages, content pages, program or service pages, and key conversion pages

  • Up to 4 primary user flows based on real user goals

  • Desktop and mobile views of all reviewed page types and flows

  • Repeating UX and UI patterns across the site

  • Major forms, downloads, and conversion paths tied to core flows

This is not a page-by-page review of every URL. The audit focuses on representative page types and primary user flows — not every legacy page, PDF, or archived section of the site.

What You'll Receive

  • Comprehensive visual audit presentation (PDF) with annotated screenshots

  • Findings evaluated across pages and flows to identify root causes, not just surface issues

  • Clearly prioritized recommendations — high impact, structural, and deferrable

  • Prioritized quick wins list

  • Global summary of common desktop and mobile issues across all reviewed pages and flows

  • Comprehensive competitive benchmarking — annotated screenshots from 3–5 peer organizations plus reference examples from outside your category

  • Strategic implementation roadmap covering immediate fixes and near-term improvements

  • Long-term vision for digital maturity — broader recommendations for where the site and digital experience could evolve over time

What Is Not Included

  • No exhaustive review of every page, PDF, or legacy section of the site

Why This Works

When you're too close to your own website, you stop seeing it the way your users do. A Full UX audit brings an outside perspective — grounded in industry best practices and real user behavior — to identify exactly what's getting in the way of the results you need.

  • Findings are documented in plain language — your whole team can read and act on them

  • Every recommendation is tied to a real user goal, not a personal opinion

  • Deliverables are structured so you can hand them directly to a developer, a new design partner, or your internal team

  • The audit gives leadership and stakeholders something concrete to rally around — making it easier to get buy-in and move forward

Additional Info

  • Preparation: Before our kickoff call, please have your website URL ready along with anything that gives me useful context — a brand guide, audience documentation, analytics, competitive or peer references, or notes from a previous redesign. The more I understand going in, the more focused and useful the findings will be.

  • Recording: All calls can be recorded for your reference. I record on my end using Otter and am happy to share the transcript.

  • Delivery: An exact timeline will be confirmed after the scoping call based on your site's complexity and agreed scope. The Full audit is typically delivered within two to three weeks of the kickoff call.

  • Need to Reschedule?: Life happens — just reach out and we'll find a new time that works.

  • Discovery Call Credit: If you purchased a UX Audit Discovery Call prior to booking the Full audit, the $200 fee will be credited toward your total.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included. If something isn't clear or you need a finding expanded after the walkthrough call, just let me know and I'll update the report.

Usage Rights

Your audit report is yours to use however it serves your organization — share it with leadership, your developer, a new agency partner, or your internal team. There are no restrictions on how you use or distribute the findings internally.

Usage Rights

Your audit report is yours to use however it serves your organization — share it with leadership, your developer, a new agency partner, or your internal team. There are no restrictions on how you use or distribute the findings internally.

  • Each engagement starts with a brief kickoff call to align on goals, pain points, and which pages or flows to prioritize. From there, entry-level audits are typically delivered within one to two weeks, mid-level audits within two to three weeks, and full audits within three to four weeks. Timeline starts once I have access to any background materials.

  • In most cases the live site is all I need to review — no backend or CMS access required. If you have Google Analytics or any other analytics data you can share, that's helpful context for understanding where users are dropping off or spending time. A brand guide, audience documentation, competitive or peer references, content strategy, or any reasoning documents from a previous redesign are all worth sharing too. The more context you can provide upfront, the more focused and thorough the audit will be.

  • Yes — that's a core part of how I work. Every finding is written in plain language with a clear explanation of why it matters and what to do about it. No designer jargon, no technical language your team has to decode.

  • A UX audit is useful at any stage. Some clients come in knowing a redesign is on the horizon and want a clear, prioritized foundation before the work begins. Others just know something isn't working and want honest answers before committing to anything. The audit meets you where you are and tells you what you actually need.

  • Every audit includes a walkthrough call where we go through the findings together so your team fully understands the recommendations and can ask questions. From there you'll have a clear, documented report you can share directly with stakeholders, your developer, or any internal team members involved in next steps. If you'd like me to stay involved for implementation, that can be scoped separately.

  • Yes — and it's actually a smart time to do it. A fresh set of eyes right after launch often catches things that got missed in the push to go live.

  • Purchase a Discovery Call. We'll talk through your site, your goals, and your timeline, and I'll tell you honestly which tier makes the most sense — or whether a custom scope is a better fit.
